The MkIII set moved to Bounds Green to undergo tests and to prepare it for service with Hull Trains. Currently, the set is awaiting the release of DVT 82115 from Axion Rail so that driver training can commence on both the Class 86 and the DVT. It is expected that the DVT could be released in the first few days in November. It will also be painted blue to match the locomotive and the rake of MkIIIs in their blue and grey livery.
The locomotive and MkIII set is expected to be used on the following diagrams. Please note these can change at any time:
