Now that the MkIIIs are finished at Nemesis Rail (12124 is waiting to be dispatched), they will be concentrating on getting the next tranche of MkIIs shipshape for the summer.

5919, 5995 and 6001 will be the TSOs to be worked on along with BSO 9506 that has now been shunted in.  However, RBC's holding company Cargo-D is currently negotiating with HSBC to purchase the vehicles that are currently leased. The main reason for this is that the MkIIs at FGW are not expected to return for some consdierable time.

Therefore Cargo-D will be purchasing the majority of the vehicles located at Barrow Hill. 6001 is already owned but all but 5941 are expected to be purchased.

A decision on whether to purchase the leased vehicles in store at Long Marston will also be made in the future.

Cargo-D will also be moving another first class MkII vehicle to Bsrrow Hill for use in the MkII set in the very near future.
