Rail-Blue Charters offers special trains to different type of customers in the corporate and leisure market. Also, different groups and organisations will have a level of experience with organising their trains, others may not. Our job is to guide you through the processes and assist where we can.
Our services range from the standard services you would expect from a charter operator company to many tailored services or even help with filling the train.
Our STANDARD SERVICES include:
Provision of the rolling stock. This can be in any formation, first class, standard class or a mix of both. Catering vehicles can be provided, anything from a simple buffet to a full first class dining experience.
Co-ordinate planning with all the relevant parties. We can co-ordinate the planning and delivery of your train. We will do a check of the route to make sure the route is open (be aware that some routes can be affected by engineering work from time to time!), make sure the train is able to run over that route operationally, submit the specification of the route and train formation to Network Rail and then facilitate the train's operation on the day. We can also request all types of traction, from electric to diesel - even steam!
Co-ordinate the planning of your train, route, slots and times. We will plan what train you request on the day and make sure that it is able to depart at the times to suit you and arrive at the times to suit you. Pathing trains over certain busy routes can be challenging at times, certain lines close at set times, so we take this into account when planning your train.
Our TAILORED SERVICES include:
Bespoke catering services. We can offer anything from a sale-buffet service up to a full dining train which can include full breakfast, light lunch (if required) and 4 course evening dinner service. All food is freshly cooked on board and any catering requirement can be delivered as long as we have visibility of your requirements in plenty of time. We offer silver service to dining and first class passengers as a matter of course, but again, we can deliver anything you want. Standard service can be anything from a trolley service to a walk-up buffet. The choice is yours.
Theme & Branding. The train can carry a theme if you need it to - we can organise that. If the train needs a consistent theme or brand, we can arrange to look at what you are trying to achieve. This could be anything from corporate branding, branding for a specific customer or even a party theme!
