Rail-Blue Charters has two catering partners,
The Travelling Gourmet and Creative Rail Dining. Depending on availability, type of job and geographical location, Rail Blue Charters will engage with either of them.
Alternatively, you can even bring your own caterers onboard as long as they can provide us with their Public and Employer's liability insurance and a hygiene certificate. We will advise your caterers of how to work the kitchen cars on the train so that the catering and train can work hand in hand.
