Rail-Blue Charters' Inter-City 'Executive' special trains carry a theme throughout each tour. They aim to be lighthearted, yet dynamic, modern yet subtle.
The cuisine offered reflects the mood of the train in terms of its diversity and presentation. Inter-City reflected that in its trains - we try and capture a little of that here.
