Dress code:
Rail-Blue Charters would prefer smart casual attire for travel in the first class carriages. There’s no dress code for any standard class travel.
Gift certificates:
If you're looking for a something a bit different for a present or gift, then of course we can think of nothing better than one of our Gift Certificates. Each certificate carries a value of £50 and which can be exchanged for travel on any of the Rail-Blue Charter trains for any of the seats. You also don't have to buy just one - you can have as many as you like!
Group bookings:
For a party of four or more adult passengers, please contact us to discuss your requirements so we can work something out for you.
Juniors:
Reduced fares (between 5 – 15 years) are applicable on some trains. Please check individual charter trains, but we apologise in advance - we can't offer reduced fares for dining seats booked.
Mobile phones:
Mobile phones are permitted on board, but we operate a restriction policy, especially on dining trains. Courtesy to all passengers is paramount so we insist all calls must be handled in the vestibule ends. Rail-Blue Charters reserves to right to remove people from the train who continuously use their phones discourteously.
On-train raffle:
Raffles are organised on each special train and the monies collected will be donated to our preferred charity, The Sarcoma Trust. More information can be found at http://www.sarcoma-uk.org/trust/index.html”.
Rail-Blue Charter representative:
Each charter train organised by Rail-Blue Charters will have a representative on the train.
Smoking:
Rail-Blue Charters operates a no-smoking policy. Rail-Blue Charters reserves the right to request passengers caught smoking on the train to leave the train at the next station.
Special dietary requests:
This is your day, so if there are any special dietary requests you might have, please let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests.
Special occasions:
If you are celebrating a special occasion or event, please contact us and let us know your requirements and we will do our best to sort something our for you.
Table for two:
A £10 supplement per person guarantees a table for 2. These are restricted in number, so they are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Table for four:
A group booking for a table of four benefits from a 10% discount. All tickets will be dispatched to the address holding the block booking.
